have Sprint and it is terrible. Calls dropped constantly, text messages comes days late. Horrible horrible service. Going to dropped as soon as I can.

Sometimes reception is 3 bars max, voice service is horrible. Email, texts, etc are so-so, but definately not worth recommending.

Terrible service! Do NOT get this service if you are in our area! Had it for 1 1 / 2 month and between me and my husband we had 32 dropped calls, that is not including the calls that would just drop the voice and we had to hang up. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

I'm in crown point,indiana. In my house I get 2-3 bars sometimes 4 but it usually stays at about 3 on average. Rarely have dropped calls and I have to admit, even when I do have 2 bars, I don't really notice a differences in my call quality. I even made a call on one bar and it didnt dropped. So for what its worth, things could be better but its definitely not the worst.

All you pepole that sign up for a contract are fools-- get a no contract phone and save your money. get smart people, dont lock yourself in on a 2 year contract- oh and one more thing-----HANG UP AND DRIVE!-

had a boost phone--i776-- that had the push to talk (iden) and had very good reception most eveywhere I went and almost never had a droped call. not a lot of bells and whisels but if you need to talk, this one will get you talking. I "upgraded" to the Samsung seek from boost mobile and now everything has gone down the tube---its ok if you wanna text but if you want to talk, forget it ----gonna revive the old phone

after 6 months of sprint. drop call are terrible. phone drop during a Sprint rep call. the company will not release me from the contract with them. they said the tower was down but now is ok. I heard after the hospital east on cP. no reception. AT&T said that their network is ok. maybe I switch to other carrier.

Cannot keep a signal in my neighborhood. Lots of dropped calls. Previous owners of my house said every provider was just as bad here. It's not exactly a rural area - what's the deal? I was sold on the "cell phone as your only phone" idea and now I'm regretting it.

Phone service is absolutely horrible. I've lost over 7000 rollover minutes because my family and I could not talk without having dropped calls. Customer service actually told me that I'm not supposed to use the phone inside my house! Cingular / AT&T knows this is a poor service area, but won't add a tower or give any discounts on my bill. Can't wait to change service!

I love over in a town home by the new Strack and Van Tills, and my calls drop all the time inside or outside. Horible singal. As soon as my contract is up I will be getting Cingular.

Service is okay. Calls aren't dropped easily, but the service never seems to go over 2 bars. When traveling, service goes down to only one bar.

Get good reception in Crown Point, 3 to four bars, however once you go east of Broadway and W 109th Ave Signal drops to 1 to 2 bars. Downtown Winfield at Randolph St. and W 109th Ave get 2 bars. I have had Samsung, Ericson, and Nokia phones with little difference in reception. Cingular is O.K.

Practically no coverage in town and surrounding area. You can maybe get one bar if you are on the square by the courthouse and walk around pointing your phone every which way. Once outside of town, going past the fairgrounds on the way to Cedar Lake you get no coverage at all.

Horrible reception in the area, 2 bars around town, and none inside the home, have to walk outside for a signal... 3 different phones all the same reception.
