Live Downtown and reception is wonderful. Never any problem with making or receving calls, or using the internet!

I have liked using T-Mobile but on the south west side of fort wayne there seems to be no reception and today even downtown all the way to the northside of town around the main street Clinton - NO SERVICE! Very disappointed with this since I use it for my business also.

When it comes to coverage Verizon is the best. When it comes to contracts / pricing they are over priced. When it comes to customer service they are just OK.

I get great service on the northwest side of Fort Wayne. I never have dropped calls and my internet (as well as navigation, pandora, etc.) work perfectly. I work in Noble County and when I am out on the country roads my service does become a lot less reliable but I had the same problem with Verizon.

My signal with T-Mobile consistently drops off inside my house. Luckily, I have the option of connecting my phone to my wireless router inside my home but even then I still get dropped calls occasionally. I shouldn't have to do that for cell phone service. I had AT&T before and never had a dropped call anywhere ever. I regret switching from AT&T to T-Mobile. I will never recommend T-Mobile to anyone.

HORRIBLE reception, reminds me of the old 56k modem days. Can't wait to get out of contract. Calls to Sprint normally result in dropped calls! And they make NO attempt to contact me after calls drop. 4G was promised last December, now I understand it may be this December. I am disgusted with Sprint. I have been with them 13 years.

Constantly dropped calls. No coverage inside at home. Very poor coverage, frequent dropped calls in Lutheran hospital. Previously had BB and Verizon and didn't have any of these problems.

Coverage outside is generally very good. Inside my home I get dropped calls regularly.

I can't get any reception at home.I must go stand in the middle of the street to pick up any reception..This started 3 days ago... ..I do not recommend T=Mobile for reception.The phone doesn't even ring inside the house..Can't even call EMS for emergencies... ...

Had to get a Verizon Network Extender at $250 to be able to get reasonable reception inside home. The extender works great. Problem existed for multiple types of phone. Verizon claims they do not guarantee reception inside your home! Filed complaint with Indiana State Attorney General.

I have great reception in almost every area of Ft. Wayne. I would recommend anyone to get Verizon in the Ft. Wayne area!

After going to the TMobile store they insist that I should have three bars at my house. Well, they're wrong. Terrible coverage in my neigborhood.

Traveled from the South East coast to the Midwest then back up to the North East and never had a problem with reception or dropped calls. Am very satisfied with the service.

I cannot use my phone at all at home - - I have to drive a mile away to get reception... .. if you live in this area - DONT GET AT&T / CINGULAIR

I used to get modest reception here before my antenna broke. I still get some reception if I get closer to Anthony Blvd.

I get drop outs all of the time inside the house. I added an antenna to the phone, one like used on a car roof, with a magnetic base and I get 5 bars all of the time. the antenna sits on my desk so I have to sit at the desk to use the phone inside the house.

Very good reception. Verizon seems to have stepped up coverage in this area.

The service is actually Centennial Wireless formerly Cellular One. I have better reception than any other carrier in all of Northern Indiana! Had prepaid Virgin Mobile, sucked; Verizon, dropped calls all the time; Nextel, sucked; and US Cellular, barely had service! None of them are even close to Centennial Wireless's coverage, customer service, or reliability!
