Constantly dropped calls. No coverage inside at home. Very poor coverage, frequent dropped calls in Lutheran hospital. Previously had BB and Verizon and didn't have any of these problems.

I cannot use my phone at all at home - - I have to drive a mile away to get reception... .. if you live in this area - DONT GET AT&T / CINGULAIR

I get drop outs all of the time inside the house. I added an antenna to the phone, one like used on a car roof, with a magnetic base and I get 5 bars all of the time. the antenna sits on my desk so I have to sit at the desk to use the phone inside the house.

I have been very impressed with Cingular Wireless. I just got it in late December and am amazed how much better it works than my Sprint phone did. With their roaming agreement with Centennial, I get service in places I could only dream of with Sprint - like Kendallville, South Whitley, Angola, Syracuse. Plus, I love the rollover minutes. I agree with the previous post that the Glenbrook Square Mall store is excellent! Make sure you go to the Cingular store right at the fountain near JCPenney - they are great!

Cingular seems to work great in Fort Wayne. Besides that, there is only one corporate store right now (in Glenbrook Square). The staff there is excellent, always answering my questions and very nice. I've been around the state and across the US since I got my Cingular service in November and have very few complaints! Choose Cingular for its rollover minutes; I used to have Verizon and love that I keep my minutes!
