I have liked using T-Mobile but on the south west side of fort wayne there seems to be no reception and today even downtown all the way to the northside of town around the main street Clinton - NO SERVICE! Very disappointed with this since I use it for my business also.

I only have good reception about 9% of the time. T-Mobiles service is strange~somtimes I can be in the middle of the city I live in and have no tower or service and other times I can be there and hear clearly. Even when my phone displays a full tower people claim to not be able to hear me. The price on their plan is wonderful but what good does it do you if you never have service? Their customer service is basically a joke, one of their supervisors actually told me to shut my little mouth. I reminded her that she was not my mother and that I was paying them for a service that quite frankly is awful. I have switched out my handset 3 times and they will still not give me a different kind, although their customer service department sent me an e-mail after my first excnage that clearly stated that I could get a different version if the same problems kept happening. T-Mobile=The Devil. Really though!

Had Sprint and a VI-2300 phone. 2-3 bars max if lucky both inside and outside. Switched to Alltell and a Motorola v265 phone-the same phone used by Verizon as well I think. PERFECT signal 5-6 bars both inside and outside of the house.

I have great reception in almost every area of Ft. Wayne. I would recommend anyone to get Verizon in the Ft. Wayne area!

After going to the TMobile store they insist that I should have three bars at my house. Well, they're wrong. Terrible coverage in my neigborhood.

Coverage inside our condo virtually useless, 2 bars tops. We had excellent coverage until this past summer when it dropped off the charts.

Cingular seems to work great in Fort Wayne. Besides that, there is only one corporate store right now (in Glenbrook Square). The staff there is excellent, always answering my questions and very nice. I've been around the state and across the US since I got my Cingular service in November and have very few complaints! Choose Cingular for its rollover minutes; I used to have Verizon and love that I keep my minutes!
