Metro PS has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Following technical support my warranty got voided. And the store representative from Michigan rd. Was very ordinary. My recommendation is to get other provider.

SPRINT is by far the best value for the $.. rates as cheap as you can get and I never run out of data.. ALL the carriers hav complaints because some people are just in an area that doesn't get great coverage with whatever network they subscribe to.. TMobile is the Worst in the Indy area.. Verizon and ATT over-priced.. Sprint I get general coverage almost ALL the time.. even when others cant get a signal on their TMobile, ATT, or Verizon phones lol.. sitting in the same spot or vehicle.. SPRINT isn't perfect, but has never let me down with getting a signal.. even in the boonies..

On the street driving the best I get is three bars (or dots, I have an iPhone six plus). On my porch or inside I literally get one dot or no signal. Just not a strong signal at all. Was researching what carrier to switch to, but it seems the all suck around here. Crap.

Started with Nextel in 2004, Sprint bought them and been with Sprint up till now. Almost no service even though there is a tower less than 2 miles. Stright line of site, etc, etc. Called about it, they offered (at my cost) a cell booster that plugs into our company Internet. Problems with is, not only do they want me to pay for it, but anyone else on Sprint can use it.. ergo, boggie down time. Sad, I use to love my service. Only reason I don't change, is the contract, when it's up, I will go look for something better.

I like Cricket because they are cheap for fairly good service. I live in Ohio and there it works just fine. I went with my dad in his semi and in Indiana and Illinois I cannot send text messages at all. I can go online but that's it. It works in St. Louis, Missouri also. I don't know why it is not working. I hope that they can fix this soon.

Do NOT get Sprint if you actually like having signal and using your phone. The worst service in the history of my cell phone career. Unreliable and inconsistent. You have a better chance of walking to someones house and telling them rather than using Spring to text someone. It probably wont go through or tell you their network is down. I would give a negative rating if that would be possible

Tmobile has good 4G service in Carmel and Fishers area. I've been with all the major carries at one point and T-Mobile has the best service / price. The customer service is the best in my opinion. Verizon and AT&T are too expensive and are not worth the price. Sprint is just garbage in the indy area. Sprints 4g is a joke here.

I have used Verizon for many years and have never had a problem with their service, but they are somewhat higher than other carriers. I installed a Simply Safe alarm system this summer. I love the alarm system but I had problems with the cell connection. When I brought it to their attention they immediately knew what the problem was. They ship their system with a T-Mobile SIM Card, my guess is they have a lower cost point with that carrier. They sent me a Verizon card an all is well. Love Verizon, hate the bill.

A few moths ago we would only get 3g. Go down the road 10 mins an 4g. Well fast forward and we get 4g now no problem. The bars on the phone only show 1 but calls hold steady and are clear. Sprint with all the were working on it and tower upgrades seemes to be improving. Overall we've had good service in the last 4 years. However we did file a complaint with the FCC against sprint. They called us and like magic we've never had an issue since then.
