I work in a factory on the Southside of downtown. When I'm at work I have virtually zero signal. If I climb up on the roof, which is 7 flights up, I can maybe send a text. All of my coworkers have phones from other carriers and they all have good usable signal. Stay away from Sprint if you live or work in the downtown Indy area unless you like paying for something you cannot use.Was this review helpful to you?

At my work location, I rarely receive good coverage. Usually one or two bars of 4g, sometime lteWas this review helpful to you?
I have been with T-Mobile since 2003 never have a problem in the city, hitting the road you all know T-Mobile sucks cero data, I just move to a new location and some times I have cero reception even when they send me a signal booster it's been almost a year and they can't fix the problem I'm tired of paying almost $100 it's time to move on.Was this review helpful to you?
Metro PS has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Following technical support my warranty got voided. And the store representative from Michigan rd. Was very ordinary. My recommendation is to get other provider. Was this review helpful to you?
SPRINT is by far the best value for the $.. rates as cheap as you can get and I never run out of data.. ALL the carriers hav complaints because some people are just in an area that doesn't get great coverage with whatever network they subscribe to.. TMobile is the Worst in the Indy area.. Verizon and ATT over-priced.. Sprint I get general coverage almost ALL the time.. even when others cant get a signal on their TMobile, ATT, or Verizon phones lol.. sitting in the same spot or vehicle.. SPRINT isn't perfect, but has never let me down with getting a signal.. even in the boonies..Was this review helpful to you?
On the street driving the best I get is three bars (or dots, I have an iPhone six plus). On my porch or inside I literally get one dot or no signal. Just not a strong signal at all. Was researching what carrier to switch to, but it seems the all suck around here. Crap. Was this review helpful to you?
Started with Nextel in 2004, Sprint bought them and been with Sprint up till now. Almost no service even though there is a tower less than 2 miles. Stright line of site, etc, etc. Called about it, they offered (at my cost) a cell booster that plugs into our company Internet. Problems with is, not only do they want me to pay for it, but anyone else on Sprint can use it.. ergo, boggie down time. Sad, I use to love my service. Only reason I don't change, is the contract, when it's up, I will go look for something better. Was this review helpful to you?
I like Cricket because they are cheap for fairly good service. I live in Ohio and there it works just fine. I went with my dad in his semi and in Indiana and Illinois I cannot send text messages at all. I can go online but that's it. It works in St. Louis, Missouri also. I don't know why it is not working. I hope that they can fix this soon. Was this review helpful to you?
Do NOT get Sprint if you actually like having signal and using your phone. The worst service in the history of my cell phone career. Unreliable and inconsistent. You have a better chance of walking to someones house and telling them rather than using Spring to text someone. It probably wont go through or tell you their network is down. I would give a negative rating if that would be possibleWas this review helpful to you?
