Sprint's reception is not that great and the customer service is the worse I have ever seen! They also are real good at tricking you into longer contracts
I always have full bars with T-Mobile. Even in the house both upstairs and downstairs. I work in the Duke buildings on 96th and Meridian. It seems as though only T-Mobile subscribers have great reception in these buildings even in the elevator.
Switched from sprint, which had ok service, to T-Mobile which has horrible service. 5-10 dropped calls a day, crappy reception, all occuring in areas where it shouldnt (driving down Broadripple ave, downtown on IUPUI campus). Hate tmobile.
We have 2 differenct phone models, the older of which worked very well until recently, apparently since GSM has become the norm, and yet Cingular refuses to acknowledge or fix the problem. Enormous static everywhere, increasing number of dead zones. Service becoming totally useless, along with customer service as it merges beginning with Cellular One, Bell South, and finally ATT. I am now looking for a reliable provider... or maybe I should look into short wave 2 way radio instead.
