Always get good reception in my apartment and the surrounding areas..the only place that I have had a problem so far is in the basement areas of buildings
I have AT&T and always drop calls. I maybe have 2 bars reception. If the phone says I have more, the bars drop as soon as I try to make a call. My husband has Verizon and never has a problem! Such a pain since we don't have a land line.
Very Disapointed with First AT&T service Now Cingular. Had tried to improve the Singnal strenght with about 4 phones already and the signal in doors is so poor that you can't keep a call for no more than 2 minutes and 4 and 5 drops. the phones are not the problem is more like the signal they need to put another tower or figure a better gsm technology
Verizon reception is excellent in Indianapolis everywhere I have been: Downtown, Speedway area, Keystone, etc. I also do not lose service anywhere when driving back and forth to Bloomington (which I also have mostly good recepetion in... it gets spottier on the south side of town). I go in to roam at one point while heading to Lafayette on I-65, but for 90% of the drive, I am covered. Service in Lafayette and West Lafaytte are also excellent. I highly recommend Verizon.
