Phone not usable in most of house. Customer service very poor. Talked to multiple reps and got multiple stories. Declining service and services. Sprint disabled tethering capabilities.

Sprint tower off line for 1 month. At one point one tower was off line and another was said to be performing poorly. The excuse was overload due to off line tower. Data completely offline - Phone 2 bars in backyard - Texting mixed performance. Multiple reports have yielded many different stories. Reported to 3 stores in 3 cities and multiple (by phone) customer service reps. Customer service reps debated whether it was their tower or a roaming tower, only to discover it was a Sprint tower. Would like to switch carriers. Centennial not considered due to very poor service previously. Went to AT&T - they have NO coverage here and were not allowed to sell us a contract. Verizon rep said, despite coverage map claims, that his service was "Flakey" at this location. So, Sprint's very poor response to towers off line is probably the best we can get. They did credit our account for contracted services not provided.

Best we've tried so far. Winks in and out between 0-3 bars. Sanyo old model significantly better than new model for signal strength. Still hoping to find better service.
