I live out in the hills. Verizon shows we are in the Vcast area. This is so far from the truth. I can barely get enough reception to make a call. Usually getting RSSI values of -95 to -100. I have a cell amplifier which atleast allows us to occassionally receive calls.

Have an aircard connected to my desktop computer. There is no DSL here. I must position the antenna just right to get 2 out of 4 bars on the antenna meter, but the high spped works great. I used to connect at 26.4kbs on my dial up internet. I now get 400 to 700 kbs on the air card. I live 1 / 4 mile south of 142 on state road 39. IT works much better than the sattelite internet according to the people I know who use that.

Barely can make calls outside building. No reception at all inside. Also no reception on Maryland St. in downtown Indy. Hope to find something better.
