The cell reception in Beachwalk Resort is terrible.

We can get limited reception on the back deck of our house. We have no bars in the house.

Difficult to get reception - often phone says "No service".

There's either little or no reception at our cottage near Stop 7 on Lake Shore Dr.in Michigan City, IN. The coverage is poor throughout the area nearly till you get to Interstate 94. The coverage seems to come and go and usually very poor when and if it shows up.

I do not get any bars of reception and can use my phone only away from home which will result in purchasing a differant make of phone.

Zero to Two bars at best, even when standing outside. We have also been charged for roaming in Benton Harbor, MI, while standing in our backyard in Michigan City IN.

Horrible reception. It's been that way forever. But its not just Sprint. The same is true for Verizon, Cingular, Tmobile, and anyone else who has tried it.

Poor to zero reception until Route 12 or further south / east.

Typically "No Service" at my home on LSD in Long Beach. Service is fine at the Lighthouse mall, but I'd like to be able to use it at my home or on the beach.

Overall, Sprint reception in this area is average. On Lakeshore, there is 0-1 bars on average. Downtown and by both of the malls, there is usually 6 bars. That is excellent. I have little or no problems making and receiving calls in Michigan City.
