	Every time I go into a store I recieve no reception or if I do manage to call someone the person on the other line can't hear me the conversation is pieces of conversation. I called customer service and they told me they can't guarantee reception indoors. To lean by my window when I'm home that my foundation may be causing the reception problem. What a joke lucky it was a trial period. Stick with AT&T or T- Mobile much better reception and your not tide to one phone switch phone's with no hassle.

	Switched from Cingular to Verizon one mo. ago do to a better family plan. I have been in therapy ever since with severe anger issues! Dropped calles every call, customer service is awful, so tired of the same scripted lines from them. Visited New Mexico a few weeks ago, in the mountains... 5 bars in the middle of nowhere, back home in IN, 1 bar on a good day. Maybe we all need to move to NM for better reception. Does Verison offer customer reimbursement for my anger mgmt. classes???

	I've never had a piece of electronic equipment generate so much frustration. Call drops, no reception, echoing, crosstalk. Lately, my phone shuts off frequently. I live less than 500 yards from the I-80/94 - not exactly in the middle of Kansas.
