I live in Stafford Pointe Apartments in Plainfield, IN. I have horrible reception in my apartment complex and along IN267 in Plainfield. When I am at home my incoming calls go straight to voice mail. I dont get a ring at all! If I am fortunate to get a incoming call it either gets dropped or I can hear the incoming call but they cant hear me. I have to practically stick my head out a window to get any kind of phone reception. I dont even try to make a outgoing call from the center of my apartment! What a waste of money.

At&t is the most horrible service provider I have ever had. I moved to Plainfield, IN over 2 years ago and have had nothing but issues. They at first told me they were working on the problem but as of today they have decided to start telling me they cant provide coverage everywhere. I live in the middle of a city not 5 minutes from Indianapolis and they cant provide coverage! I have been a loyal AT&T customer for over 7 years but not anymore. Good bye horrible service and even worse customer service!

Since moving to Plainfield I have had the worst reception and at times no reception at all. I don't think I've been able to complete a phone call since I've lived here (2 1 / 2 months). Cingular - you advertise you have the fewest dropped calls. Where do you have to live for that kind of service?

Hardly ever have a problem. A few dropped calls, but not too often. Certainly better than Verizon at my house.
