This could be due to the new EVO 3D but around the Redar Park area and surrounding subdivisions I pull about 1-3 bars on my phone and sometimes zero bars. Call quality is very choppy. I am a new Sprint customer and they sent me a free AIRAVE which has drastically improved my in home coverage and call qualitiy. Sprint's coverage map reflects "GOOD" coverage here. This might be true with devices with a stronger signal radio but not the case with the EVO 3D. Very happy with Sprint since their AIRAVE device really made a difference.

Pretty good AT&T coverage here. Could be a tad better. Always have service and full 3G whereas T-Mobile only has EDGE. 3-4 bars around Redar Park and in subdivision.

T-Mobile has pretty good coverage around Northwest, Indiana however they need to improve their 3G coverage. In parts of Schererville I get GPRS data.

Nextel's quality in this area has dropped. I have never expierenced so many dropped calls, poor reception then the last 3 months. I have been with Nextel since 1999. Other contractors have the same problem. Our business has 10 phones and all have problems with service in our area.

I always had a full signal with cingular. Now everyone in my family is getting a terrible signal. Something has to be wrong with the towers in the area.

After months of complaining T-Mobile finally put a service tower in somewhere near Cline Ave. Beautiful Reception. I use to have dropped calls and static ans no signal. I'm happy :)

Workes about 20% of the time. During that time I have to repeat what I said a few times. The other 80% of time it will drop the call after 3 minutes and break up horribly. I do recommend T-Mobile if your a Excellent / Good coverage area. Go to their site and research coverage berfore signing up. they want $200 to cancell and the service doesn't even work good out here.

I just signed up for Verizon and the service is GREAT. My phone works everywhere inside and out. I took it work and it worked in a freezer with the antenna down. People tell me I sound perfect and I hear them perfectly. Phone works everywhere in Lake Central High School in St. John, IN. My phone is the Samsung A650. They told me this phone is for reception. It doesn't have a camera. CAMERAS TAKE AWAY THE CALL QUALITY.

Reception averages 3 bars most places in Schererville and Dyer. 2 bars in houses, Perfect reception in St John - jumps to 5 bars... must be location of local tower. Reception is doable at Rt 30 and 41 - where many carriers have a dead zone - even trouble with other phone models on Verizon networks at that intersection.
