Lot of dropped calls at my house. Would consider dropping the landline, but cell service here is not dependable. 0 to 1 bar in the house, but couple houses north or south and signal increases to 2-3 bars. Good thing my plan includes roaming as the phones switch to roaming while in the house quite a bit. Most other places I go, Sprint service is very acceptable.

My phone does not work in my apartment at all. It does not work in the Sams Club down the road. It quickly loses service behind most walls and only works while outdoors in my area. This is amazingly frustrating since I live about 1000 yrds from a Sprint store. My phone service regularly drops out and overall is very very terrible. I do not recommend Sprint to anyone who lives on the West side of Indianapolis. Their signal is too weak to penetrate even normal residential construction.

will never use T-Mobile again. I get dropped calls 7 times out 10, text messages never get delivered, customer service is horrible.

Don't have any reception problems outside, but every once in a while, cannot get a signal inside. There are probably other cheaper alternatives, but this phone and Nextel’s customer service seem to be worth it.
