	With the newly installed Verizon tower near campus, I have never had any problems with dropped calls or no service. I have perfect conversations in basements, stairwells, and elevators.

	If I hold the phone at a certain angle I may get 1 bar. Otherwise, I get zero reception. I eould like to disconnect my home phone and use my cell only but that is impossible.

	Sometimes reception is better than others, sometimes we can get better reception at the top of the hill, but rarely is the reception good. Many dropped calls.
