AT&T
The service is horrible. Dropped calls, spotty service in my house, calls fade in and out. Service not any better outside.

We switched to Verizon from AT&t and now we have perfect signal and all bars. We had no service with AT&T and our phone calls would drop but now we get service through the whole apartment area and get good service. Verizon really helped us to switch and it was a really easy switch with transferring our phones over

Can only get service sporadically in the house, walking from room to room trying to get lucky. Sometimes we have to be in the driveway, and even then not always. Absolutely terrible!

Apps work, however calls beyond 3 or 4 minutes are subject to fuzzy connections and being dropped. Now Verizon wants a 30% increase, complaining about new competition.

I upgraded from the galaxy 5 to the 7. Now I have 1 bar and cannot open some of my apps, it has also effected the wifi connection. It was fine the first 3 weeks and now it's just awful. This is with Verizon panda now I'm stuck for two years.

I had AT&T, which had pretty good service until March of 2014. I joined my husband's plan at Verizon and it's horrible. In our apartment, I never know if my phone will ring when someone calls. I get a notification that I have a voicemail (but never that I missed a call) after the fact but that doesn't help. He is on Straight Talk now but that isn't much of an improvement. My contract ends next month (March of 2016) and I'm attempting to find a much more cost-effective alternative to Verizon, including downgrading to a phone that doesn't require a data plan.

On Virgin Mobile (uses Sprint's network, pay-as-you-go). Customer service is atrocious, hope you never need them to do anything... Talk service is ok in most of Valpo. No service in my house, sometimes no service out to the street. No service in Walmart, Menards, or Target. Data coverage is less reliable. Reverts to 3G often. Big dead area for data west of Valpo along 130 to Hobart. Signal is good along the Toll road and in Chicago. Virgin has locked out the hot-spot feature and doesn't allow OS updates. Thanks to everyone else for sharing their results! I'm looking for a wireless provider that's reliable enough to replace my comcast internet.

no reception on ATT. called and was told to stand in window. I told them that was unacceptable. I had Verizon for years and never had problems with service in my home. finally was told they would send out new sim card would be here in 3 to 5 days. Been 2 weeks. still waiting. Lousy service

Switched from Verizon. Still on the fence. Used to get 4g at times with Big Red but there's no such thing in my area with Sprint. Calls and texts seem fine over the network but don't even think about trying to watch a YouTube video. Not sure if the $30 a month in savings is gonna be worth it. We'll see.

I constantly lost signal and calls inside my home. Text messages were sometimes hours late.
