When I moved to Westport, Verizon wireless didn't move with me. Service was not at all reliable. So I tried about every service available and settled on Cingular. Cingular worked great for about 6 months! I could talk all the way home (30 miles) and not drop a call. Then sometime last spring the service began to plummit. We have called several times to complain but we never get any results. Today I talked all the way home and lost service 3 times. I thought phones and service were always improving, not getting worse! I am back to shopping around since my contract is almost up. Wish I could find reliable service that stays reliable.
