Verizon 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: blackberry pearl	we can get service in certain rooms of the house, in others there is no service--whats up with that? I also HATE dealing with the RUDE staff at Verizon--they act like they're doing me a favor by having to wait on me when I have issues with my phone (which is crap) If there is better reception out there -- someone please post it at the post office and let the rest of us Verizon captives in on your secret
