Alltell customer service would be better if they offloaded it to pakistan, Completely worhtless and incomptent. they tell you to go into a store and then the store tells you to go home and they will send stuff to you there that you have to come back to the store to have programmed, They adjusted our bill to take off roaming charges ( we have a no roaming plan ) but miss entered it by 5 cents then spent 41 cents mailing us a letter to tell about the 5 cents. Lg phones of all models are crap.dropped calls almost everywhere,Had Verizon several years ago and there cust service was poor but I hear it has improved. Thinking about doing without cellphone entirely.
