Spent 4 hours on phone with Sprint to find out that all they can tell me is that we have perfect service in your area. Was sent a new phone however after going through 3 cell phones in this area I have decided that Sprint does not need customers in this area. Will be returning my second new Phone and triing a different service. Have checked with AT&T and Verizon and both are willing to work the problems out.

Alltel reception east of Conway Springs, Kansas, is very poor due to where placement of towers are located.

Alltell customer service would be better if they offloaded it to pakistan, Completely worhtless and incomptent. they tell you to go into a store and then the store tells you to go home and they will send stuff to you there that you have to come back to the store to have programmed, They adjusted our bill to take off roaming charges ( we have a no roaming plan ) but miss entered it by 5 cents then spent 41 cents mailing us a letter to tell about the 5 cents. Lg phones of all models are crap.dropped calls almost everywhere,Had Verizon several years ago and there cust service was poor but I hear it has improved. Thinking about doing without cellphone entirely.
