Verizon 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Blackberry Pearl 8130	Just moved from NC where I had great coverage with my phone there, even after Alltel to Verizon switch. As soon as I move here, I am ready to run over my cell phone and get a land line. My 10-year-old son's very basic Alltel razor gets much better reception than my smartphone. My phone will not hold a call... I get 1 / 2-day-old voicemails... and often no coverage for internet. Verizon wants me to switch plans (from old Alltel to more expensive Verizon) as well as upgrade phones to Verizon, which means longer contract at more money per month. I really hesitate doing this as I don't trust reception will be any better.

Verizon 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: Blackberry 8130	Reception fluctuates from 0 to 3 bars. Often get dropped calls. Very unreliable and frustrating. Problems only with Blackberry since we moved here, but my son's Motorola works perfectly!
