It depends on how you hold the phone and how you hold your foot. I have never had so many dropped calls, yes they will give you credit for dropped calls, but I get tired of waiting for 25+ minutes to talk to a rep. just to give me a one minute of credit. When asked about the poor reception and service, I was advised that due to us being on the border of their service and another provider they didn't think there would be plans to put up a tower... Are we not paying the same price as people in Salina? Alltel has grown to big and they could care less about us. Customer Service isn't in their vocabulary anymore. I have been with this service even when it was Kansas Cellular, but I have never been so frustrated with cell service like I have received in the last year. When my contract is up, rest assured, I wll be changing. Don't know much about Westlink, but there is a tower approx. 3 miles from Holyrood.. I also hear Nextech is moving this way, hope so. This area would drop them like they did in Ellinwood...
