Very happy with this phone and the phone company

My calls are always being dropped! I'm sick of it! Im ending my contract with AT&T and taking my number to Verizon Wireless!

I never have problems. I love it. I hardly ever get any dropped calls.

Although I don't live in Kansas City I visit the KU Med campus on occasion and have decent service with Alltel in that area and any other area I visit in Kansas City. have never had a dropped call and the reception is pretty clear. as I believe most of the towers there are contracted through Verizon I would suspect their service to be good as well. I'm thinking of switching to Verizon soon for their 3G services. we'll see.

Totally hate being sold out by T-Mobile. Tired of talking to unintelligible 3rd world customer service people. But they appear to be the best price out there. So sad...

repeated drops calls when calling from inside home. will roam or not receive calls if in a basement anywhere. calls are fine driving around town. dropping long distance calls is horrible.

Inside house I can get 0-2 bars, outside improves. Some parts of the house will give enough reception for the phone to ring; other parts it does not ring or even show I missed a call. I would like to try another service but there doesn't seem to be any consensus of an all around winner.

Searches for signal and switches between digital and analog / has been weak in this location for at least 2 years. However, this is the only place from San Francisco to South Padre Island that Verizon has ever been weak for me. I don't remember the last time I've dropped a call.

Exhausts my phone looking for service ending up with a dead battery within 5 hours. RIDICULOUS.

Service sucks in this location. But its not just Sprint all wireless providers servie suck in this location... Hint!

i have about no reception to 0 bars everywhere I go in kansas city except when you get about 10 mins away from sumner academy

This HTC Inspire costs way too damn much to get this crappy coverage. I mean, AT&T is charging an arm and a leg for service every month but 75% of the calls I make thru the month are dropped. Back to land lines for me.

Sorry, I messed it up. I was think of Verizon Wireless because my wife has it. I can't get anything in my house with AT&T. She gets full service on Verizon.
