Never have a problem with reception in Lawrence but do drop signal as I approach Topeka on I-70 and in the flint hills as I travel toward Wichita.

Lawrence has great AT&T reception, now with 3g coverage also. I have never not received a call or dropped a call in lawrence.

Cingular is awesome in Lawrence. I never have any dropped calls because I have more bars in more places. I had dropped calls all the time with Verizon Wireless and I am not sure why. Cingular reception is ridiculously incredible in Lawrence. I get reception inside every place that I go to as well. Absolutely no arguments here about Cingular reception.

I absolutly love the reception I recieve with Verison's service on my Samsung phone. I have been with Verison for over two years now, and don't plan to change anytime in the future. Travel across Kansas for my job and have found that not only is reception and service great in the larger cities, but even the small towns out in "no mans land". I don't think you can go wrong with a Verison service plan, backed up with a Samsung phone.

I get great reception all over Lawrence. Even when the signal is weak (which only happens in more rural areas), reception is still pretty good. I am able to place / receive calls in places others can't (elevators, basements, etc).

Sprint seems to have pretty good coverage in Lawrence.

I get great reception all through my 2nd floor apartment, and at work out near Wakarusa. I don't drop calls, but occasionally I get some fuzz in the signal on 6th St. around Bob Billings Pkwy. Other than that, no worries in Lawrence for me so far. In rural NW MO, where my parents live is kind of rough, but I still get signal, and that's the only problem area I've found.

I get between 3-5 bars all over Lawrence. Some times I do not recieve calls, even with full signal... not sure why.

This is Cingular Blue(Old ATT Network) Outdoor reception is good. It's good in KC and most of Lawrence. It's good along Kansas Turnpike too. Indoor reception is satisfactory. Indoor is not perfect but it's okay.

During the last week, TMobile service has taken a turn for the worse. Since upgrading to an Android phone, have continual problems with dropped calls, inability to use web services. TMobile has advised system is down due to 4G upgrade. Frustrated. No service outside of town ever.

I've had T Mobile several years, each year our service has gotten worse no matter where we are. We constantly have dropped calls and no signal. Whenever we call customer care they say there isn't any problems in our area and to switch my 3G phone to 2G because there are no 3G towers in our area, then internet and other services cannot be used. We have 3 lines and our contracts will be up August 30th, we're switching to Sprint.

It really doesn't matter where you are with T Mobile the dropped calls and poor reception are continuous. We travel all over the US and have the problems everywhere we go. Everyone that I know with T Mobile has the same issue, when we call customer care and complain they tell us there isn't a problem in your area or they tell you that there are no 3G towers in the area and that's why you're dropping calls then they try to sell you something to extend your contract another 2 years and refuse to release your contract to go to a carrier that will actually give service, to cancel a contract you are charged a penalty of $200 per line. I tell everyone I know to NEVER go with T Mobile and I've had them for 7. Years. Each the service has gotten worse.

They won't give me a booster even though my signal sucks. Just told me I can buy one for 200$. I'm droping them if I can get out of the contract.

map shows good 3g coverage in lawrence ks, but its a lie, only if your in the middle of town, if not edge takes over..

Drops calls on a very regular basis. Called customer service and call was dropped before our conservation was completed. This has happened on three occasions. Not reliable.

Verizon Wireless sucks hear in Lawrence. I don't know if it was just my phone but I had dropped calls constantly and after a while it just gets really irritating. Can you Hear Me Now? WHAT????? Verizon Wireless, we never stop screwing you over. Verizon phones and reception suck.

even though I am on the first floor, I get one to no bars in my lab, when people in the basement labs below me get four bars on their Verizon phones. I also get too many missed calls. I once sat at home, a stones' throw from the location mentioned, and called my phone from my landline. It was showing four bars, but the phone did not ring! Whatever! This connection cuts as soon as my contract is thru.

In 1st floor apartment of 2 story complex, wood frame construction, absolutely no service ever. Have to walk several yards into the parking lot, rain or shine, baking heat or frigid weather, to find a connection. If T-Mobile were a person, I would fight that person.
