	I've had AT&T since 2004 and no problems until around February. Service got worse until I virtually have no service in my house or yard now. When I do get through, I can't understand the person talking or the call gets dropped, etc. I have talked to AT&T multiple times with no resolution. They haven't even called me back for over 3 weeks now. They have promised to fix the problem multiple time now without any difference in my non-reception. I have to drive about a mile north or south in order to use my phone. According to the cell tower map, AT&T has no towers in the area of Prairie Village, Leawood, Overland Park, etc.

	Most of the time we have no reception in our house. Ocassionally the phone will ring but only once and then rolls to voice mail. We have never had two bars in our house and I don't recall if we have ever had 4 bars anywhere. I climbed the roof of our house and got three bars standing on our roof. We live at 125th and Walmer.
