Post Merger -The Verizon BB phone is useless here in my home, no calls received and have to power up and down, pray it sees system towers so I can make a quick call before it loses signal. Interesting Wife and daughters Alltel BB's work fine they had piror to merger, went to fomer Alltel store in Emporia which is now Verizon, got new exact same phone and have same old problem with new phone. Very frustrating, Alltel phones who are now Verizon billed work perfectly, my Verizon BB is worthless. Data, phone, any and all use is very limited at best. No one can offer explanation, that is worst part. My old Nokia handheld works perfectly everytime in this house and the new Verizon is a joke.
