Tmobile what has happned to you, as a loyal customer for over 15 years, I expect more. customer service sucks, cell signal sucks, internect connection sucks because YOU SUCK tmobile

Do not get T-Mobile there is no 3G or 4G service so dont waste money for nice phone also we bought the wireless card for computer it is slower than dialup, we thought it was our old computer, so we bought a new laptop and that did not fix the problem so we went back to T-Mobile store and they confirmed that internet is slow as dialup, they can acctually look up your internet strength, so do this before any service and get it in writting,so we wanted to return the card geuss what 14 days past the purchase they wont take it back eventhough service is bad? We just bought dialup for the next 2 years thanks T-Moble. You would have thought with the bad internet they would take the card back. Now it is November 2011 and we are getting bad coverage on our phones droped calls cant get to e-mails or voicemails,phone says it is roaming and getting service from commnet who's commnet hope I am not getting charged for that, hope to find service in Louisburg with 3 or 4g with another company our commitment with t-moble is almost up, I have been with T-moble for almost 12 years.

I have had T-Mobile for 13 years and the reception at my home has been average up until several months ago. Now calls are dropped, of I can hear them but they can't hear me or the conversations are choppy.

During the last month, my TMobile Phone as starte to roam on Cellular One. This is not a digital network and almost impossible to use Vm and Black Berry.

Up until Tuesday, May 1, we both had excellent reception here at the house. On that day we both lost bars on our 3220's and have not had service at the house since. If we go up the hill, we get service fine. This is the type of reception we got in our valley about 3-4 years ago, then it improved very dramatically; now they have regressed from full bars all the time back to 1-2 bars like years ago. Something changed somewhere! Numerous calls to T-Mo have yielded friendly courteous staff but no improvement. We know it's not the phone sets because we sim flopped and did not get service on the extra cell phone we have either. Will give them another few days, then we need to look elsewhere. We have loved T-Mo for years at this location, and are very disappointed with this surprisingly poor situation.
