I only get 2-3 bars here in Park City! I wish somebody would put a tower up here in the north part! My calls don't drop but do not sound very good, garbled and echo! Please put a tower near Park City!

Reception is excellent, but Cricket refused to give my rebate and threatened to turn phone off because I inadvertently underpaid my bill one penney!

If I want to use my Nextel at my house, I have to go out in the front yard and not move. It has been this way for 5 years. Only reason I keep it is for the direct connect feature that my company uses. After reading comments, will probably try Verizon so I can use the cell phone for long distance at home.

Been on Nextel for almost 2 years now after switching from Sprint. Data messaging is much better, direct connect is fast and good quality. Coverage suffers once you get out of town.

Just got the iphone 4s in Nov last year. Reception has been great with this phone over what I had with my previous BB. Big caveat here. My home reception stinks so Sprint sent me a an Airave which is hooked into my hi-speed internet. I have had it for 2 years now. Nevertherless I can tell a big difference in reception with my 4s over the BB outside my Airave coverage. The cost of my Sprint plan beats the tar out of any of the other carriers and the iphone and Airave have fixed my reception issues.

I've had the HTC hero with Sprint as a carrier and it drops calls ALL THE TIME. or, the person on the other end says it was ringing and ringing and I didn't pick up (this happens while I am holding the phone) Or, while I am talking, the phone connects over to the incoming call, so in mid sentence I am talking to someone else. This is the worst coverage I have ever had in my life, and every time I complain to Sprint, they tell me that the tower over by WSU is having problems. Its not me, not the phone, its the tower. For 18 months. I'm looking for a new carrier, new phone, new anything-but-sprint.

Reception wise its not horrible, but the phone does cut in a out a lot. I've had nothing but problems with Sprint from day 1. I am glad my contract is over this month! I'm going elsewhere!

Can get 1 bar in 2 locations in my house. Drop calls about every 15 seconds for blocks around my house. I drop calls at 13th and Broadway (practically the center of town) and on Rock Rd.(hardly rural). I am so glad my contract with Sprint is up in 2 months.

poor reception, internet PCS rarely works, or kicks offline often.. very disapointing for the money spent.

Although the reception is quite good in most of Wichita, my phone goes into digital roaming much of the time. Lately, when people call me, the phone doesn't even ring. I moved to Wichita about 6 months ago, and the problems just keep getting worse. Ever since Sprint merged with Nextel things have been going down hill. I just ordered a phone through Cingular and will give it a try. After reading reviews on here, I am fairly convinced it could be even worse than Sprint, and I will be sending the phone back within the 30-day trial. Perhaps the best solution is to move back to Minnesota or Iowa...
