I went on a camping trip canoeing along the Tygrat creek had perfect signal come home to Ashland signal drops to one bar something is not right with this picture. Is the tower down in Ashland?

cannot get service inside a building many dead spots in city and my daughter lives in lex. with the same problems Cingular says its the phone LG flip but it was better when it was on AT&T ??
