US Hwy. 119 from Harlan City to Pineville approximately 30 miles has Below Average-to-NO Reception. I have contacted Cingular with property information they require to consider new tower locations. Their response was, "How did you get my e-mail address??" Well, that information is given on Cingular's Customer support line. VERY rude people working at Cingular. They have us over a barrell (the barrell is filled with $$ from our service plans) and there's nothing we can do about it. Except wait.
