No service in my house, and horrible service in and around Elizabethtown, KY. Will be switching to Verizon on the 10th for the iPhone 4. My friends have the Droid and love the Service. They also can have access to Bluegrass Wireless' network and 3G off them, too.

We have a contract with T-Mobile, have had since 2002, and have three phones on this contract. We have good reception as far as the bars are concerned but the majority of phone calls, incoming and outgoing, are dropped or we are unable to complete the calls. 80-90 percent of our phone calls, and I'm not exaggerating, either never connect or drop, texting which has become our primary source of communication now, may not be able to be sent (network busy) or arrive 10 minutes or more late. Been to the T-Mobile store at this intersection, they replaced the sim card, didn't help, put the new sim card in a new phone of theirs, and it didn't help, spent two hours on the phone with tier 1, 2, and 3 level support, of which no one could figure out what was going on, we still don't have service, and they won't let us out of our contract. Even though they can't seem to fix the problem nor find a resolution. I don't know what this company expects us to do with our useless phone service, but they are certainly unwilling to work with us to either resolve the issue or to give us an opportunity to get another phone service that works in our area. I would never recommend T-Mobile phone service to anyone anymore, their service is appalling.

A lot of dropped calls when you talk to AT and T they refer you to APPLE and then you get the run a round. I can stand beside a person calling me and not get the call... .

I'm lucky to complete a call without being dropped. There is a cell tower 1 / 4 of a mile away but unsure of the provider who owns this. I used to have Sprint and had the same problem. We are only a mile or so off the I-65 corridor so you'd think there would not be any problems like this.

Just recently switched too Cingular. Whoever posted about moving 15 feet and losing signal strength. Same here! It's ridiculous. I continually get between 2 and 4 bar strength, nonstop. Help out Cingular!
