Phone (Motorola V220) does not do well inside buildings. Drops calls in well populated areas of northern KY and Cincy.

Noticed a boost in my reception when I switched from a Motorola V220 to a Motorola V600. V220 would drop calls left and right. V600 has really not shown less than 3 bars at any given time. Anywhere between 3 and 5, in fact! :)

Average reception most of the time. I tend to lose the reception in the weirdest place (like along major roads, etc). I had Verizon before and never had these issues. Better believe I will be switching back at the end of my contract, no matter how much higher the rates will be!

I have been with Verizon several years and have no complaints. They have good customer service. I switched from Sprint, which I was very unhapy with.

I've used Virgin Mobile phones (this is my second one) for 5 or 6 years now. I've been many many places in Kentucky (cities and rural); Ohio; New York and have not had any problems whatsoever. It's been great. I can count twice that a call was disconnected when an airplane took off! (and I was in my car), but that's it.
