AT&T coverage from 471 and Memorial Pkwy. all the way into Fort Thomas (I live at Rossford Ave. and N. Ft. Thomas) is very poor. Signal inside my home drops continuously. Voicemail and SMS notifications are almost always delayed. Service doesn't improve around town; down near Highland Middle School service is very spotty as well.

Never gets reception in most of Ft. Thomas, drops calls all over the rest of N. KY. Also, very POOR customer service agents, most can't even speak english. We are switching immediately, it's only gotten worse in the past year.
