	I used to have just so-so service at home and in town. then a big storm came along and wiped out the tower nearest my home and service went right down the tubes. When they finally repaired the tower and ran all new wiring to it the service cam back and was just a tiny bit better. I had a Motorola V635 up to that point, but decided to get a new phone in 06 / 10 and went with the Rugby II. WOW! What a difference. I was suddenly getting great service everywhere, even inside buildings in town. The new phone made all the difference in the world. I strongly suggest that people in this area with service problems try the Rugby before switching. I tried switching to T Mobile for the 3 months before returning to AT&T and the new phone and was that a mistake. All I can say about their service is if you can't hear the trucks rolling by on the interstate, you won't have T Mobile service worth a hoot.

	Awful reception, lots of dropped calls, you can hear people but they cannot hear you - customer service is worse! Lots of lies from Sprint / Nextel. Would not recommend to anyone!

	reception is poor at best when I can get it. can only talk on front porch. many dropped calls when on KY 383.
