Picks up anywhere in that area. there is dead zone on 460 towards Franfort between Woodlake Rd.and Jim Beam. Going towards G-town is good. I noticed there is a new tower at Iron works and Us 460 and new tower at the Elkhorn water tower. Not sure if it has been turned on yet. But this could help some cell providers.

No reception at all unless you stand in the corner with your head tilted to the side... and I'm not making it up. It's great service everywhere else but not in this area. Everyone out here who has a phone that works, uses Verizon.

I will be sitting on the couch and drop a call... .for no reason. I can watch by bars go from full to none then back to full and I haven't moved an inch. Same thing happens to my husband and my neighbors all who have ATT. Our contract ends this month, thank goodness!

Thank God, two year is just about over. At first it was great service. No problems no matter where I was. Then after the change I begin to have problems. Three of four lines had troubles. we went thur about seven new phones before two of the line begin to work again. But this was has been an on going problem and wnile most of the people in customer service have been nice, there have been a few at the upper level that was very RUDE!. I spend most of the time saying will you repeat that or what did you said or else the call drop. I have heard that we check the network and it ok so many times that I can scream. It must be your phone. How can it be my phone when it work fine with other people sims card in it but, not my. this have been on on going problem since Feb. of 2007 Tookk it in to the store today they change the sims card for the third times we see what happen this time. Three more months can't wait.

Cingular used to be pretty good. However, since Cingular merged with AT&T drop calls are daily vistors. I am looking to change service provider. Others have related that they experience the same problem.
