Country Reception is bad for all the services. No matter which phone or service we use. I wanted to purchase internet via cell but the signal is too poor. It is time to put the internet phone service and cable on the electrical grid. Ham operators quit crying about interference, I am one to! Just like code all things must pass!

Very poor customer service since AT and T took over. My phone worked perfect with Cingular. Then the bill and service changed when they took over too! Service became unpredictable. I can't even use my landline phone to check voicemail nor can anyone call from my home phone to my cellphone anymore... A T and T's comment... tooo bad! Contact your landline provider, sounds like their problem! I have another family member with them as well. I am able to call him from the landline! Why one cellphone and not the other?! The bill was always paid early and in full! I went to the local store and advsd. of problem. The man tried to assist me and even fought with customer service and admitted it was on their end for the problem... NOT my landline service. The rep. replied, "too bad, let her cancel". If that's the kind of service you get after 3yrs. they can keep it! Service was bad towards parts of Ohio anyway and phone never worked correctly. I had insurance but that was a hassle as well. Buyer beware!!

i bought the service and the person I spoke to said I had servicenafter I got the service NO Reception on top of hill where I live. Oakridge terrace
