/ Only place to call from is three miles from the house, some spotty, and when off Cingular network can get better reception but have to have over 60 percent calls on Cingular network, how can you do that when Cingular network is hard to get on, they disconnected me and told me to get another service, went to another, why do they give phone service and kick you off when nationi wide plan, I travel some and not always on Cingular network to cover that 60 percent mark they mentioned, didnt say anything about it when I got the service---

The tower is located approx. 5 miles from town in a hole / depression. I can view the flashing tower lights at night, drive to within 1 mile of the tower and still only have 2 or 3 bars. I also have an external antenna to boot. I know it's not the phone or my mobile antenna because I have had several of each. Cingular pretty much has the monopoly in the Hyden area. It is my sincere wish that we the people of Leslie Co. Ky could have someone provide a more dependable service. I for one know we would be willing to PAY MORE for a service superior to what we have now.
