Cell signal comes and goes; drops from 3G to 1X and doesn't go back up unless I turn off the signal, wait 20 or 30 seconds, then turn it back on. I'm so fed up with Verizon! I pay for my service, it's BS that they try to limit my speed and connection time just because I'm grandfathered.

I have been a Verizon customer now for two years and by far no other provider has given me the service and customer care that I have experienced with them. The reception is excellent everywhere in Lexington, and I get a signal many places where my friends who have other carriers get nothing.
