i HAVE HAD AT&T OR CINGULAR FOR ABOUT 14 YRS AND HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER WITH MY BILL. THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT THEY NEED TO PUT UP MORE TOWERS. THERE IS NO RECEPTION AT ALL FROM LOUISA, KY TO KERMIT, WV AND EVEN FURTHER ON US 52. I MEAN ZERO SERVICE. TELL ME HOW THE OUTRAGEOUS APP WIRELESS CAN GET SERVICE INTO THE MOUNTAINS BUT AT&T CAN'T? NO CHANCE OF ME EVER SWITCHING TO APP WIRELESS THOUGH BECAUSE OF THEIR COSTS. I HAVE STILL TO THIS DAY NEVER BEEN RIPPED OFF AS BAD AS I WAS BY THEM. ANYWAY, AT&T, DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR COVERAGE AREA!

reception inside city of Louisa is good but no re ception 2 miles out of town on Rt 3. Was told that when I renewed and got a more updated GMS phone would get better reception. Not the case my sister has Ntellos and gets reception everywhere Cingular says they can't explain why. When this contract is up I won't renew with Cingular again!

Cingular reception on US 23 between Louisa, KY and Ashland, KY has improved as of Jan. 2006. A new tower was placed in service which allows coverage from the Boyd Co. line north to Ashland. Cingular coverage in Lawrence Co. is still poor on US 23 except within an approximate 4 mile radius around Louisa, KY. Also, GSM coverage is very poor to "no reception" in Martin Co. KY. C'mon Cingular... your coverage map shows coverage!
