I have a Palm 755 with Sprint and the reception is terrible. I have one bar and constantly have dropped calls. My wife has a Sanyo and refuses to talk to me mobile to mobile when she is at home. I was with Verizon for 14 years and it was the same deal. I have a tower a mile away but it must not be turned my way. I wish I knew which company would give me a signal so I could use my phone at home. When my wife is at Super Wal-Mart in Fern Creek forget it. When I call her the phone doesn't even ring on her end. You would think for $125 a month we could use our phones. Once I leave my neighborhood everything is OK.

I went from Sprint to T-Mobile 6 mts ago and I've had nothing but problems with T-Mobile. I constantly drop calls for no reason. It usually does it in my home, works sometimes, soemtimes doesn't. It doesn't matter where I am, the call is dropped. ANNOYING!

I can not make a call in my house or on my driveway, lots of dropped calls, call ended screen frequently shown, unable to call house phone. When talking over the problem at the AT&T store in the Summit I am told there are no problems being reported. We have 3 cell phone on this account and ALL are experiencing trouble.

Highlands, pitiful reception. Been stuck on 'searching for network' for the last hour. Glad I found this site to warn others in the Highlands!

Nextel service drops calls often, especially near the Outer Loop / Preston Hwy. intersection, and on I-65 next to Louisville International Airport. Forget it at Churchill Downs on Oaks Day or Derby Day -- even the push-to-talk service is overwhelmed. There are also a couple of poor reception areas along I-64 between the Graefenburg / Lawrenceburg and the Waddy / Peytona exits.

Reception poor in this area. Phone goes into Roam as though out of Verizon network area. Must go about 1 / 4 mile north to restore reception. Very frustrating !

Verizon has been the best for reception in all of Louisville, KY. I also travel throughout eastern KY several day per week and Verizon is the best I've tried. Have used T-Mobil, Cingular, and Alltel, and none were very good.

I get REALLY good reception in Crescent Hill area, I work downtown and get decent reception and haven't had any problems in town except on the interstates for some reason.
