T-Mobile 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: gravity	Since the ice storm in Jan 2009, dropped calls or "no service" messages are outrageous. Texts do not come through and calls come through only sporadically. Despite repeated complaints for over a year, they are unable to fix the problem. Am switching carriers next week.
