Again a tower in our area went down. It has been a week and several phone calls about when will the service be fixed. They don't know... could be a year. They told me to drive to Shepherdsville if I want to use the phone... .they have a tower there. I can't even roam where I am. If I drop Sprint, they will charge me and my husband since he also has a Sprint phone over $200. I have lived up to my contract, but they haven't, and they won't let me out of it. It expires Nov. 1, 2008. They are very rude and heartless. My land phone does not have a long distance program so I'm without a phone. All calls going into Louisville are long distance. This is why we bought 2 cell phones from Sprint. My phone is constantly searching. When it rings, it drops the call or breaks up. It is impossible to hear with 1 bar. Yes, both phones were checked by Sprint in Louisville. No problems with the phones. Stay away from Sprint.
