	No in or out calls in the house - callers get message that I am not taking calls or that my phone is not in service and cannot leave messages - AT&T says they don't guarantee service in the house - outside gets up to 2 bars but bounces back and forth from 2 to 0 - can't hear callers - calls are full of stactic - calls are dropped - Was Cingular customer for years before and for a year after Katrina and best service I ever had - horrible since AT&T bought out Cingular - phones are very cheap, including upgrades - tired of paying for a service that does me no good and a company that couldn't care less about the caliber of their service or customer satisfaction - AT&T told me to go buy a Nokia pay-as-you-go phone at one of their stores - the AT&T store told me I had to go to Radio Shack or Walmart to buy a phone - what a joke and what a crime

Nextel 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola Buzz (ic502)	I ws on Nextel, complained for years about the poor service. Nextel told me to buy their new Nextel / Sprint hybrid phone and this wood solve my problems. $279 out of my pocket for a phone and a service that still sucks!

Verizon 5 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola E815	Since getting away from AT&T (Cingular's Stepchild). I have not dropped one call, since going to Verizon. "Roll Over" Cingular!
