I live right across from the base, and I don't get good service with Sprint at all. I can live without 3G, 1X data is good enough for most of my data needs. Outdoors at my residence I go from 1-3 bars, and indoors my phone has to be by the window to hold a signal. It's unfortunate, as Sprint has pretty good coverage in general throughout Shreveport / Bossier. I guess i'm in one of the few dead zones.

Can't complain about the phone signal here. Have had great reception here for a few years now and I don't even own a land line any more.
