Sprint 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: Samsung Reclaim	No service with phone or air card for laptop. Was assured a $350 ZBoost outside antenna would fix the problem. Put antenna on 25 foot tower, and still no phone service and basically no signal for air card. I have both Verizon and AT&T cell phones for my job and they both get good signals even without the booster. The Verizon and AT&T both have full signals with the booster turned on. Looks like I will have to put out more cash for less service from one of the other carriers.

AT&T 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: Nokia 6010	had perfect reception up until abpout 3 months ago. now reception is patchy.

	Had Digital service for several years, with marginal reception and zero service inside my home. Now I have GSM and only dream of having my digital service back. The GSM service in the greater Lafayette area is deplorable and should be a source of embarrassment for AT&T. Overall, we had better cell-phone service in the 1980's. If my cell service wasn't company paid, I would turn it in in favor of sending smoke signals.
