cane market road near clinton allen road, horrible reception. drops calls, no 3g, just horrible service. called AT&T several times, just get apologies and a promise to call me back... .yea that hasnt happened yet. i'm looking at switching to Verizon asap

Switched from Sprint to AT&T when I purchased my home on Pine St. (neighborhood with MANY trees). I get great reception and am pleased with my service.

Cingular reception in my home is horrible. After Hurricane Katrina and the GSM switch, Cingular service has been a service not worth paying for.

No reception in this area. Must go into Denham Springs to receive reception.

I have had trouble ever since the merge with at&t. Dropped calls everday. I even on the interstate loss my conversation and get someone else's. I have been with Cingular since 1991 and they suck now. Read consumer reports.

I have had every provider except altell and I must say Cingular has the best coverage I have never seen a phone have full bars everywere Cingular is truely rasing the bar I even got rid of my home phone I meen whats the point. save some money ditch the land line.

Had problems with signal in house and outside. Contacted Cingular and the tower signal was tweaked. Now have good service. Thank you Cingular for your courteous response.

We have two Cingular towers within 2 miles of our house. If we get a call inside our home, we have to go outside on the driveway to attempt a conversation. The call is still hard to understand. How can a wireless company hold you in a 2 year contract, when they can't provide service? Cingular stinks.

Everyone has knocked on Nextel in the past but I left the largest company Cingular to switch to Nextel and I am very pleased with the service Nextel uses older technoledgy than Cingular since Cingular switched to gsm it is not as good so give Nextel a try I think you will be suprised.

Since Sprint has bought Nextel our reception has gone from good to horrible in both the denham springs and baton rouge areas. Almost every call gets dropped or you hear half of the words someone is saying. Customer service used to be pretty good with Nextel but now that Sprint is over the customer service all the reps do iis lie to you about why the service is bad and about how they plan to resolve your problem. Every time you call in they change the excuse to something new and have no idea who you talked to or why they promised you to take charges off or send out a different kind of phone. They just send you from one rep to another each giving the run around. They'll even hang up on you!
