	As someone who works in Grambling, but lives nearby, my T-Mobile signal fluctuates wildly. On the interstate, I get a full set of bars. Once you get off the interstate, the trouble begins. Standing outside in the middle of campus, I only get maximum, 2 bars. Standing outside of the Assembly Center on the other side of campus, 3-4 bars. Inside any building on campus, not a single bar, regardless of floor. If you need cell service, get T-Mobile if you're on a budget, get someone else if you can afford it.
