AT&T 3 Out of 5	It seems sometime in the last year Cingular put up a tower near 3127 between 310S and 3142(Chemical Plant Rd.). It used to be a given that calls would be dropped in the area and now it's about the only place I can be guaranteed to get a call through. I'm still dropping Cingular though. I guess you can be the network with the fewest dropped calls because no one gets their's connected to begin with.
