AT&T has poor coverage across the Jennings area, I've had several different phones with AT&T that all result in the same reception. Although the phone displays good signal (3g, full bars, etc) once you try to make a call it doesn't go through and the signal indication on the phone drops to less bars or no bars. I know people who have centennial and have no problems making a call anywhere from Louisiana to Mississippi.

In Jennings I always have all eight bars on my phone and my calls come in clear. Around 5 pm in the afternoon the lines are busy and sometimes it takes about 20 tries until my call accually goes thru. During night and weekend periods when my service is free after an hour my calls mysteriously get dropped for no apparent reason. The Cingular south store in town former US Unwired rejects are always rude to customers when they walk in. The new Cingular store by the old wal mart has a great customer service represenatives and I have never had a hassle trying to exchange a phone or modify my plan with Cingular!
