T mobile has the worse service in leblue and the Hayes area dropped r failed falls are a steady routine and I don't have WiFi... so think before u buy a t mobile plan... I use the sensation 2

cell phone works great,my phone is very slow with no 3g in lake charles for internet,will change to AT&T when my contract is over. will get the Iphone then with I hope 4g then.

T-mobile has the worst service around Moss bluff, zero signal available in most of the moss bluff areas. I made a blunder by switching to t-mobile. don't even think about switching to T-Mobile if u live in moss bluff, louisiana... .

I hate Verizon, first the customer service sucks, second their cdma network is soooooooooo slow, third all there reps are complete idiots whenever you have questions. I am looking at T-Mobile and AT&T but everyone here seems to have AT&T now and has way better luck. As soon as my contract is up I am swithcing!

AT&T is crap. Horrible customer service, and tons of dropped calls. Verizon just turned on a new tower near my house, and I switched. Couldn't be happier to be off of AT&T. They said they are about to add more towers once they get their part of the Centennial network in Louisiana and Mississippi done because the FCC won't allow new towers to go up until the process is done.

Had centennial and after the buyout my phone works so much better. I love it!

I have had Verizon for many years. They always promise new towers new towers but they never add them. This company is full of empty promises. I switched to AT&T and couldn't be happier.

No service in Alexandria, and service around here is poor at best.

Once you leave and go into the rural area, you will have no service. My company is switching to Verizon Wireless this week sometime. T-Mobile is the same too. I have them for my personal phone. I'll be switching it to Verizon the first of feb when the contract is up.

Switched from AT&T to Verizon because most to all of my family did too who live all over Louisiana. The service is really good all over the state. Much better then AT&T. Verizon said they were in the process of adding new towers all over this area to improve coverage.

Great Service all over Lake Charles

While pursuing WiMax, Sprint practically abandons its CDMA network. Reception is poor to non-existent. Drop calls are the norm. Unless Sprint get some big time improvement, I plan to get out of my contract and drop Sprint. It makes me angry to see that comments about poor reception made in 2005 is even more true almost two years later.

Signal strength fades in and out. Calls dump to voice mail even with full signal strength. Only 2 blocks from tower.

As soon as the contract ends, I am dropping them like a hot potatoe! Take a hike Sprint. The local government should kick your company out of town because of poor service.

Sprint probably has the poorest service around. They are trying to blame it on the recent hurricane but as I explained to them their service was poor before the hurricane hit Lake Charles. While in the middle of a conversation the call just drops while showing good signal strength. Just tonight talking to my daughter the call just dropped out. There is no reason for this. Same monthly fee and the poorest service around. People of Lake Charles drop Sprint PCS... ..

Service has been great for almost year and a half, but then Sprint had to make changes in the local tower. This has caused almost no reception with us missing calls almost 75% of the time. Customer service has been courteous but they have resolved the problem yet. I know of 3 other Sprint users in the same general area with the same problems.

Works in and out. We are getting a new tower soon, so it'll be cleared up once that is operational.
